University of Tennessee football.
Picture phones.
Closure.
The Los Angeles Lakers.
Sex.
J-Lo's ass.
Behaving yourself.
Beer.
Grad school.
Being a workaholic.

I know I had more, but I've forgotten them. Something else that's overrated: my memory.

I must take extreme exception to one item. Sex is never overrated. Hard or gentle, fast or slow, strong or light, pulse-pounding and body-shattering or languid and leisurely, sex is never overrated.

Damn it, the OLD band, when they were unknown and shit, was SO MUCH BETTER IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY.

I found about then in undergrad, back when you could only get their CD via mail-order. I weep when I hear what they turned into.

Not to just jump in on this offshoot thread, but I must say that bad sex equals BAD SEX, and can be one of the most mindnumbing (among other things) experiences in the whole wide world...

In my case, no. First off, the sex was a huge disappointment, because he spent months beforehand telling me how great he was and all the great things he would do, and it was all a crock of crap. And also, that's the last memory of sex that I have, so it kind of colors everything else, and makes me wonder if I wasn't worth the effort to even try.

Seriously ... I can't wrap my eyes around what part of that alien-looking, scrawny creature is supposed to be sexy. Maybe her eyes ... when they're not covered in tons of mascara ... but that's about it.
