What's your favorite egg salad recipe? It's James' birthday and I want to make him one of his favorites.

Amy doesn't like egg salad, so I have to fend for myself. haha

Dice up some hard boiled eggs ( I don't mash the yokes, just chop them all up together)
A little bit of mayo
A little bit of mustard
A little bit of pickle relish (sweet or dill, your choice)
Salt and pepper to taste

I have had it with a little chopped green olive in it and with a little crumbled bacon and it's yummy either way.
