I was watching the Daily Show last night while Jon Stewart was calling Darth Cheney on some of his falsehoods in the debate and suddenly I noticed just how pissed he looked. Like he wanted to reach out and bitchslap Cheney. (Heh, I guess that really would be a dicksmack.) It was such a refreshing change from the plastic lack of reaction of the anchors on the "real" news shows. And right about then I noticed that I was really turned on. And that was when I realized that I have a new favorite lust object. I'm thinking about taking "sex with Alan Rickman" off my interest list and changing it to "sex with Jon Stewart." Mmmmmmm. Want to have his geeky little babies...

jon stewart's show is one of the reasons i might ever want to have a television. and only if i could get his and a very few other shows and not be paying fifty bucks a month for the privilege.

Jon Stewart is phenomenal, but I don't think anchors should take their cues from him, by and large.

They do a pisspoor job of it as it is. Try watching CNN sometime.

I would suggest also trying FOX, but I don't think anyone with a brain has a strong enough stomach.
