OTP can be unconventional, or subtext. I don't believe they have to be canonical though I thought Munch slept with Kay in The Movie...if so, though I remember it was all fade-to-blackish, ie, we don't see anything.
Or has my poor shipper's heart been smoking the stuff in the evidence room again?
