The government needs to establish guidelines for canceling or rescheduling elections if terrorists strike the United States again, says the chairman of a new federal voting commission.

Did he say "canceling"? Get me my Valium.

It isn't so easy forhim to steal the election. More people are suspicious and watching. Another means is necessary.

All of this is conspiracy theory, of course, but nonethless, it is something to watch; we need to see what other things happen between now and Election Day.
