It isn't so easy forhim to steal the election. More people are suspicious and watching. Another means is necessary.

Okay, who in the fuck would fall for that bullshit? We've had two years of local elections since 9/11. 9/11/2001 might have been election day in NYC, but it would have been for local elections, not presidential. No. I was in NYC election day 2000. I remember when the bastard stole it. He can bite me.

So, they've had two years where this wasn't really a concern, but oh, now that presidential elections are coming up, suddenly it's a concern.

I wouldn't put it past Bush to orchestrate his own terrorist attack just so he could win this election. Damn I hate that man.

November elections would be postponed until no later than 2006. The nation would be run by executive orders, which would be ratified by Congress. These orders would last 90 to 180 days, unless made law by Congress. This startling declaration was supported by measures from both houses of Congress, and endorsed by statements from many state, local, and corporate leaders. A brief legal challenge was raised by the Supreme Court, which claimed that EO-124 was fully unconstitutional. The dissenting justices were arrested by NERCC, and the remainder were informed by Patterson of the new emergency measures. Shortly thereafter, all federal courts were placed under NERCC supervision. Judges who failed to cooperate with the emergency regime were impeached by executive order, and replaced.

While I believe there should be guidelines created by Congress to reschedule elections in case of emergency [those guidelines being made untouchable by the executive branch by law], cancellation would be a bad idea.
