A conversation scarcrest and I just had regarding the potential suckage of The Punisher:

scarcrest: It won't be as bad as Constantine.
kellinator: That ain't saying much.
scarcrest: It won't be as bad as Catwoman.
kellinator: Again, that ain't saying much.

It's actually been getting fairly decent reviews. Not good reviews necessarily, but more along the lines of "it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be". So, that's a positive.
