This morning on the bus I saw a really cute guy, started checking him out, noticed his textbooks, realized exactly how young he was, and for the first time in my life felt like a dirty old woman.

Well, my experiences with geek boys usually end up involving a very specific kind of trouble. I'll give you a hint: the keywords are "emotionally distant."

Fair enough but I'm not sure that has anything to do with the level of geek within the boy at all. Maybe you mean "poorly socialized" which I could see, but as a general rule I'm not sure geeks are any more emotionally distant than any other guy on the planet.
