After spending far too long analyzing it in the bathroom mirror, I can announce with confidence that my hair is purple. Really and truly purple.

How the hell am I getting away with this at my job?

Hee. I was given purple hair once. But since it was supposed to be flaming red, I was less than thrilled. Flaming red or cookie monster blue have always been my desired hair colors. Although I may never get to try cookie monster blue because I've since declared that flaming red shall be my color til I die (as opposed to dye). Anyway, if it's a pretty purple, don't dye over it! Release your Inner Purple-Haired Chick! This could be a great opportunity... you could just go a leeeeeeeetle tiny bit more purple each time you dye your hair. Eventually, you'll have lovely violet tresses and the folks at work will never have noticed the transition...
