If you think to yourself "Gee, the year's almost over, what have I accomplished?" and the first thing that comes to mind is well, I haven't killed anyone, it's probably time to raise your standards.

Considering your customers, I think that not having killed anyone is an *amazing* accomplishment. I don't know that I'd succeed. I know that if Oracle Hosting Services was local that I'd be convincing a jury about justifiable homicide. **grrr**

True enough. But then, the people at work are people you're forced to deal with. At least that's my problem.
