Jet lag disaster

Except for two brief (less than one-hour) naps on the plane, I've been awake for twenty-four hours.

Last time I was in CA, the thing that helped me with jetlag the most was going to Palm Springs for a spa day. Mmm. Nothing quite as nice as relaxing in a hot steam bath, sauna, et al, to help make you feel human again after changing timezones.
