I love guilty pleasures.
A few: Blind Date (I'd go on it just to see what captions they gave me). McDonald's Chicken McNuggets (disgusting, but it's childhood comfort food). Hanson (as opposed to the other boy bands, they write their own music and play their own instruments). Encino Man (Brendan Fraser is a comic genius). Cosmo (I like the confessions). Celebrity gossip (makes me feel well-adjusted in comparison).
During some of my worst bouts of depression, I've been known to watch Jerry Springer so I can say "at least I'm not that bad."

Date: 2003-06-13 11:09 am (UTC)Some of my more trashy pleasures, though (things I know aren't very good quality, but I love them): Lucky magazine, the E Channel, the Style Channel, Dude, Where's My Car?, Livejournal, Diet Vanilla Coke, Laurell K Hamilton books. I could go on and on--I'm such a hedonist.
