Mascara

I need to glam up my look, methinks, and mascara would help. The problem is, I am hapless with mascara. On me, it clumps, it flakes, it leaves raccoon ringlets under my eyes. (Those of you who have seen me react to shiny things know that I am in fact part raccoon, but that's not the point.) So recommend me a good, cheap, can't-screw-it-up mascara. And while you're at it:

I swear by New York Color makeup. Its cheap and you can get it at Walgreens or the grocery store!

Tip: Put foundation under your eyes and then you'll have less "raccoon" rings. Also try not to rub your eyes during the day!

if all else fails, clear mascara works to accentuate but won't leave marks.

As for the hair: HIGHLIGHTS AND LAYERS! I wish you lived closer so I could take you to my best friend. She's a hair stylist and the only person in the world I trust with my hair!
