I'm big on spicy tuna and salmon but I do like shrimp and crab as well. I also love the Philadelphia roll...salmon with cream cheese. They closed my favorite place here awhile ago though and I'm still bereft.
Good stuff :o) Yeah, I'm only 1/4 Japanese though... my mother was 1/2 and 1/2 and she was adopted over in Japan by my grandmother who was in the Army stationed over there. It's kind of a neat story :o)
I recently discovered this place here - it's all you can eat, but not the typical buffet crap. It's fresh, made-to-order rolls. And it's SO. FREAKING. GOOD.
When you come out here for Jeopardy, that's where we'll go for lunch! :D
