mmm... the one thing that I love about my Japanese heritage ;o) Though is it sushi or sashimi? (The latter is the one with the raw fish).

Sooo true.

I recently discovered this place here - it's all you can eat, but not the typical buffet crap. It's fresh, made-to-order rolls. And it's SO. FREAKING. GOOD.

When you come out here for Jeopardy, that's where we'll go for lunch! :D

I had sushi last night, and I'd have to agree, most of it wasn't even very good (flavorings not to my taste) but I still felt much better.
