In Flannery O'Connor's novel Wise Blood, the main character, Hazel Motes, is on a quest to start the Church of Christ Without Christ. What I want to start is the Church of Christ Without Christians.
In recent months I've taken to paraphrasing Randall from Clerks: "This religion would be great if it weren't for all the fucking Christians."

He's no better than the Spanish Inquisition. In fact, he's not even as fashionable as the Spanish Inquisition.
Second, since when is it Pat Robertson's place to decide who lives and who dies..and who does the killing?
I got one question for Pat Robertson.
"Do you want blood on YOUR lily-white hands, or would you rather hide behind your pulpit while some other poor bastard goes to hell FOR you?"
