kellinator: (you suck)

Going by my journal lately, you would think that the $150 I spent on the permanent account was totally wasted. Well, not totally: I've gotten hours of amusement from searching for new icons to fill my one hundred spaces. When I only actually use probably about twenty of them. Seriously, how many different ways do I need to say "you suck"? Especially when I never really have the balls to call anybody out anyway.

I was going to make some stupid posts last Thursday morning but then I got to work and found out about the London bombing and then decided maybe it wasn't the best time for LiveJournal silliness.

I don't really get much news these days, because it always ends in me foaming at the mouth and throwing things and honestly, that doesn't do anybody any good.

So, I guess there's really not much going on in my life right now. Correction, there is, but I don't necessarily want to post about it. Which isn't to say that there's anything bad, just some projects I'm not ready to publicly discuss yet.

Oh, and I'm afraid I'm getting arthritis in my right knee. Isn't 27 a little young for arthritis?

If you ingest a little capsacium every day it should start to help. Seriously. You'll need about 1/4 to 1/2 a teaspoon, but don't cook it, just add it to something. A jar of ground red cayenne pepper is one of the better ones I've found to get it, and I just mix it into lemonade or water, but you can gel pill maker thingies at health food stores and put it in there.

Capsacium causes a capillary reaction around joints that greatly relieves arthritis symptoms. You can buy it in a salve type form, but it's dangerous that way. It has a tendency to just burn, and if you don't fully and completely wash your hands, you can have a really unpleasant bathroom experience.

I'd always heard that capsacium taken internally was being used by some doctors to help with arthritis, but didn't connect that with myself until I did that lemonade diet thing. After a week of drinking lemonade that happens to be spiked with capsacium I didn't experience any arthritis for over a month. I was a little freaked out by it, but hey, cool.
