I'm really not sure what it says about me that I most feel the presence of God on the mornings when I get a really good parking space.

I mean, when I see a parking space hidden away just for me when a moment ago I was certain the lot was full, I just get this swelling of relief and a feeling that someone is watching out for me.

I seriously doubt God is concerned about my parking spaces, but it makes me feel better nonetheless.

Gonna go with whorlwind on this one. It's the little things, the small blessings, that are easy to engineer. They're just lying around, after all. Someone has to get them, He might as well throw them to the faithful. Not that I'm saying he does, but if you feel like he's throwing them to you, I'm can only nod in agreement, having felt the same way before.

It's the major things like spontaneous cancer remissions that are in short supply.
