I just got an automated voice mail from the mail-order prescription company my employer uses. The computerized voice says they can't fill my prescription because it didn't say what the strength was supposed to be.

...YOU IDIOTS!! It's fucking Ortho-Evra! It's a patch! That you put on your ass! It doesn't come in strengths! Even a layman like me knows that!

As there are differing strengths of pills (my doctor put me on a medium dose after I got high blood pressure from being on high dose which I had switched to from low dose because it was messing with my sex drive), I would definitely guess that there are differing strengths of patches. What suprises me is the idea that they wouldn't have seperate names, the differing pill doses do tend to. But that might simply be to keep the "patch" family of dose strengths straight in people's minds and to make marketing easier.
