You know what the problem is with having those healthy little 200-calorie frozen salad bowls for lunch?

They're two hundred calories.

We're doing Weight Watchers, and those things have kept us from wreaking havoc and tackling people for their food.

Yeah, I tried one of those frozen things the other day and while tasty, it lasted for about 30 minutes and then I was starving to death.

Lame ass. They should make bigger portions of those things.

Diets are usually a good way of gaining weight in the end. Keep yourself that hungry and unless you have an extremely good self control you'll break down.

If you don't have any sensitivity to aspartame, get the sugar-free gelatin, make it up (makes four 1/2 cup servings or six if you choose to put a bit of fruit in them.) 10 calories, more if you add fruit. And baby carrots.

Eat a small sugar cookie!

I like eating smaller portions of very rich foods. It usually helps to keep the cravings down.

One good thing, though -- since they are only 200 calories you can easily have a second one if you start to get hungry a bit later. Or try to have some sort of a small easily packed snack on hand. My favorites are apples, a small tupperware thing of imitation crab, or a little tuna.
