"I'd better get back to the office, Branch's out of town." Jack helped Jamie into her coat. "Thanks for lunch, Jamie. It's been a pleasure as always."
She warmly returned his smile. "It's good to catch up. I just wish Adam could have joined us. Have you spoken to him lately?"
"A while back. Said he was going to be out of the country for a while. Something about unfinished business."
On a lonely cliff in Scotland, an aged figure wiped off his sword and took a pull from his flask (Scotch, naturally). "There can be only one, you bastards."
