During ROTK, while Shelob was sneaking up on Frodo, the thought going through my head was "uh oh, looks like somebody blew his Listen roll."

alanator called me while I was headed to Criminal Records to pick up some comic books:

alanator: You weren't always this geeky. Not when I met you.
kellinator: Yeah I was.
alanator: You were in the closet about it. You've gotten a lot geekier since you started working at that library.
kellinator: Would you still have dated me if you'd known how geeky I was?

I logged into my linux laptop this morning for school... the fortune (it gives me one at each logon) it presented me with was this:
