Stayed home today and slept. Feel like crud, starting to get congested, but will probably go to work tomorrow, because lying around the apartment with no human contact seems to exacerbate some depression issues I thought I had whipped. Checked with the doctor and she doesn't think I need a prescription, just lots of gargling.

I feel... so damn helpless. I can't solve my own problems, let along those of my friends. And how I wish I could.

*sigh*

That's better than the health lady at my school. I could walk in limping with a bullet hole in my chest and my hand covering up the blood that would be profusely spilling out and she'd say, "Wash your hands." That's her cure for EVERYTHING.
