Most smart people I know can't find a job. People refuse to hire the smart out of fear of their own job loss. Besides, the stupid and sheep like are more easy to lead and brainwash into company mantras. But I agree. People like that are often the reason I support Free Choice.

depends on the job, you fall into the broad realm of customer service, so no, it's not disproportionate.
One of my coworkers was having to explain to a customer yesterday what he meant by this "typing" thing. Whereas I just had a guy who put a dsl signal filter on his dsl modem and called to complain that his speed sucked.

And I'm sorry to say it, but you have only two options: deal with the idiots around you, or kill the bastards.
