I finally dropped my San Francisco photos -- all six rolls of them, I'm going to have to go into hock to pay for this -- at Target this weekend. Now I've got the photo lab on the phone telling me they've lost the film, and did I remember what was on it?

This is SO annoying.

Tell me you kept the receipt part of the drop envelope... That may end up being your only chance of recourse (if that's the word I need.)

I take my photos to CVS - like their service, and if you keep the receipts, you can check their progress online. Just a little tidbit o' info.
