As a follow-up to Goddessinga's inquiry, does saying it aloud in a language other than English count? I do a fair amount of swearing by 11 a.m. too, but some of it is in French (so I can sound suave while I'm at it) or Arabic (in which even "good morning dear" sounds like you're telling someone to go to hell). ;-)
