you know as many times as i've sought your counsel i've had to bite my tongue from calling you "dr phil" right? ;)

anyway, i've flipped through this book. he's got some good ideas; it's basically about being truer to yourself and learning to live life by following your passions. does that mean he's actually a decent psychologist? nope. honestly the book is pretty much common sense sold under the guise of psychology.
