Almost a year after getting the damn thing, this morning I finally fired up the Crock-Pot. I'll be finding out how it went after the Hands on Atlanta orientation (which I am really excited about!). It's some sort of chicken curry stewie thing with some standards (tomatoes, potatoes, carrots) and lots of weird extras (portobello mushrooms, kidney beans, garlic, ginger, hominy.
