I think I've been spoiled.

I got some email from a librarian friend, and there was spoiler space, and I didn't read it all so I'm not sure but I think I know who kicks the bucket in Order of the Phoenix.

Don't worry, I'm not telling or even hinting. But I am pissed because I still haven't caught up on the books, so I'm not ready to start reading at 12:01 like everyone else, and considering I still have three books to go, there's just no way I'll be able to avoid spoilers till I get caught up.

Harry Potter geekiness (no spoilers)

alanator and I are watching Chamber of Secrets. It's fucking disturbing to watch with a Slytherin. (Whichever house I'm in, it's generally agreed that it's not Slytherin.)

We interrupt this regularly scheduled post to mention how hot Snape is, and how much fun I could have with Snape in a hotel room. And have you noticed that everyone loves Snape even though he's not exactly a good guy, and that he's much nicer in the movies (though that's not saying much)?

So... who do you think will survive the series, and who won't? I don't think Hagrid has much of a shot, but I'm hoping he'll make it nonetheless. On the other hand, the sooner Dobby kicks the better. He's the Jar Jar Binks of Hogwarts.
