I want to believe.

I want to believe in God. I want to believe in a just universe. I want to believe in my friends, my family. I want to believe in happy endings. I want to believe in true love. I want to believe that dreams come true. I want to believe that truth will out. I want to believe in fate. I want to believe in karma. I want to believe in Santa Claus. I want to believe that, as Anne Frank said, "deep down people are really good."

Most of all, I want to believe in myself.

Muffin Wednesday!!

Of course, anything connected with Jaaason is cool.

But Muffin Wednesday was especially so. Jaaason got us all muffins at Innovox and there were many cool LiveJournalers there, including Rachael, Scott, Sean and Heather, James, and several others I missed. But most of all Winky.

Winky is the coolest little hairless rat going (despite what Janel might have said). She is soft and nifty and so ugly she's adorable. It took me all of two seconds to fall in love with her.

But for some reason she got really hyper and spastic every time I picked her up.
