Personally, my favorite X-Men adaptation is still the early '90s Fox cartoon, but I liked the movie, and the casting's looking good. Looks like Halle Berry's Oscar means they might actually bother to write a part for Storm this time. And Alan Cumming is a perfect Nightcrawler.
Best of all, looks like this new movie is placing Magneto, the most complex character in the X-Universe, right where he belongs... on the fuzzy line between good and evil.
But... still no Gambit? (ducking things thrown by
metaphorge and
yendi...)

Gambit, Beast, and Colossus were always my favourites, and Wolverine because he is so manly... ~roar~
I want Gambit!
In the movie I kept thinking Rogue was Jubilee, since in the cartoon, Julibee was young and always hanging on Logan.
hahaha! Its funny, since my ex who thinks he's a pro-wrestler is named Logan, he also has fangs and makes wolf-ish noises while he sleeps. So the entire time I kept watching the movie I would think of him when they said *Logan.
