How am I supposed to get in shape when my muscles keep hurting this much?

yea, what he said. that's not for aerobic activity necessarily, though. but you really shouldn't do any muscle work more frequently than every other day. waiting 48 hours gives the muscle tissue time to heal, and that's how it builds up. (i think that's right, anyway)
