that would be because 60 people on your friendlist are listing you as friend. so it is not a bug. the page allows you to see friends that your friends have in common.
Rock! That's cool. What's really cool is that my paid account actually expired yesterday but it still worked for me. Apparently it just hasn't rolled over on the server or something yet. heh
