I loathe Toucher, but they had a conversation towards the end of the show about the importance of the Supreme Court and how influential the judges are and he was the most reasonable one. Wally, especially, was arguing that the supreme court doesn't really affect a "normal person's" life, and Toucher was making the argument that their decisions affect everyone constantly.
