Campus parking offices are the embodiments of pure evil throughout the world (I'm positive of this).
My wife studied at CSU Northridge and I believe they sold 50% more passes than there were actual parking spaces (and I believe that after the monster quake that hit a few years back, they turned one of the parking structures that collapsed into a dorm, thus further reducing parking and adding more students that would wish to use said parking... *sigh*). Evil.
Just out of curiosity... you wouldn't happen to study at Georgia Tech would you? I hung out there for a few weeks with some friends back in early 1995 (mainly the dramatech crowd.. hehe).
