Cool. You did the right thing on using the Hag mini too. As a GM I'm usually distracted and grab whatever is nearest to use for a mini for an NPC. If you have a mini that would make a better stand in than my usual d6 for an NPC than suggest as well. I'd love to showcase peoples minis but often forget who has what and where.
