I have on my shelf here a wonderful book by Huntington Williams called Beyond Control: ABC and the Fate of the Networks. Anyone wondering why ABC just cannot seem to get a clue should read it, because the dingbats at that network have been making the same failed programming decisions for thirty years.
Whatever was Lois & Clark's last season - 1996-97? I predicted every single move the network made that year, even the catastrophic ones, and wasn't off by more than three weeks on any of them.
