I've seen this mutation before. Happens in small gene pool breeding farm cats mostly. Much better than the conjoined kittens. Or this horrible mucusy thing that happens sometimes that fuses the cats together at/before/directly after birth. I've never seen one in real life. I imagine that other cats would mostly not care. Lot's of people prefer the genetically weird cats, too. For instance, polydactyls are incredibly popular. Twisty cats make me sad, though.
