kellinatorYesterday evening I was working on my NCAA bracket (working on, that makes it sound like I'm actually putting some effort into it instead of just merrily guessing my way through the list) because I wanted to at least have a pick for the opening-round play-in game between Lehigh and Florida A&M last night. I looked at the piece of paper and my gut told me "Florida A&M." Then I looked at the paper a little more closely and saw that Florida A&M had a losing record. So I laughed at my gut and wrote down Lehigh.
Florida A&M 72, Lehigh 57.
The moral of the story is to listen to your gut when filling out your bracket. Unless your gut tells you to pick a 16 seed over a 1, in which case your gut is clearly smoking crack.
