I relate. My vision was pretty good when I was a kid, growing up watching "Scooby Doo" and wondering how Velma could possibly lose her glasses ... come to think of it, with those horn-rims, she MUST have been very nearsighted. I lose mine because they're wire rims and blend into the background very easily.
In fact, we now have a great idea for a children's book about glasses that run away to have an adventure and meet lost keys and remote controls.
HA! And all the other socks that disappear in the wash.
