Had a guy in my High School who was a shit to the ladies. He entered the Air Force and was stationed in Germany. Apparently he fell madly in love with a woman (don't know if she was German or AF) and she broke up with him. He killed himself -- could not handle the rejection. I did think it was sad, but I also thought it was ironic.
