kellinator...it appears I can never resist a Lord of the Rings quiz.

See, I would love to think I would be an elf. They're elegant, graceful, beautiful, etc. etc. ad nauseum. But at heart, I know, as much as I'd like to think otherwise, I'm a hobbit. I like to eat a lot, I like to drink a lot, I'm kinda lazy, I generally blunder through life, and I have this sneaking suspicion that I give off the impression that I've smoked way too much hobbit weed and fried my brain.

Date: 2004-01-13 09:19 am (UTC)One of the few things about the films that irritates me is that Jackson turned the hobbits' pipe-weed (which Tolkien has made it clear is TOBACCO) into marijuana or some other mind-altering substance. Gets big yuks onscreen, but it ain't what the Professor wrote. :(
