1 small beef roast, browned on all sides 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 3/4 cup red burgandy wine 1 cup beef broth 1 packet onion soup mix Some noodles/pasta (about 3 cups uncooked)
Toss soup, soup mix, wine, broth, noodles into crock pot & mix. Place beef roast in and cover with some sauce.
Cook on low until roast is done. Noodles may be added later in cooking process if you don't want them mushy.
