Ok, so what the heck is NaNoWriMo? Did I just miss a post somewhere that described it?
Regarding ideas - is anything open? Or do you want it something related to your life? If #1, how about a megacorp that intends to cause carnage, havok, and tidal waves on the East Coast by causing massive underwater landslides off the west coast of Africa? I don't have much more than that - you'd still need to come up with hero(ine) and such. If #2, how about turning a month's worth of library going-on's into a novel? The (dis)interested librarian watching the comings and goings of the not-so-average law students (and professors) running amok?
