Hi there :). I had to break down and snag an account. It seems to be somewhat mandatory for communication with several members of the group, so here I am :). Anyhow, I think luckychance is right... I think what matters most is a person's ability to recognize failure when it occurs. Although (to some) this may sound like a bunch of pop psych Grade A B.S., it really has held true for me. I can't count the times I've (1) failed at something (big or small), (2) failed to recognize the failure as such, and (3) subsequently got smacked upside my sensitive regions as a result. You can see it for what it is, which means you can work on it. That counts for A LOT :).
To veer off topic, I can't say great it is to know you. Well, I suppose the phrase "knowing someone" is highly subjective... maybe it's better to say I can't wait to begin knowing you better and better.
I need to get back to what some folks call "real work" now, but I'll type at you later. Hope your dreams are filled with sound.
I reserve Radiohead for particularly strange times.
