You've been dealing with a lot of emotional stuff lately, don't be too hard on yourself for the fact that occasionally that just bleeds out, it has to. Most of the time you're fine, but when you're going through this much shit, sometimes you're just going to get blind-sided by feeling like crap for no immediate reason.
I would second jennywrenn's question of have you talked to a therapist about this? From my own perspective, it's all well and good to be strong and get through things, but at some point it's (effective, useful, stronger?) to let someone else in to help sort out what really is your responsibility and what categorically is not.
