The Beatles thing was exactly my example in another conversation. The Beatles survived that, and frankly that was probably a dumber thing to say, at least at that time. I think the Dixie Chicks are one of the truly few great bands out today, and they'll survive this. If they don't, the world will be the poorer for it.
