Leave it to CNN to announce that 120 people are missing in a town near Nashville and NOT NAME THE TOWN.

I mean, I went to the website, but still... sloppy journalism.

Speaking of sloppy, how about the Malvo "confession"? Gee, this is only the case of the year, so why don't you interrogate the suspect without his lawyer for eight hours and see if you can raise (however slightly, I graduated from the Adam Schiff Law School so I may not know what the hell I'm talking about) the chances of him getting off on a technicality. BY THE BOOK, people. It's not like you don't have the time.

There are around that number of people missing around Claxton and Wartburg here, that's a few miles northeast of Oak Ridge though. I'll bet the CNN crackheads were talking about that area (which is still 100+ miles from Nashville)...

It's Mossy Grove, and it's near Knoxville, not Nashville. They just did a correction on that.

Adam Schiff?! ROCK ON!! you are the coolest

of course this is assuming that you are talking about the DA from L&O as opposed to The congressman from CA. ;)

law and order rocks my face.

"In the Criminal Justice System the people are represented by two separate, yet equally important groups. The police who investigate crime and the District Attorneys who prosecute the offenders. These are their stories."

Heh, I can recite it too... These days I sit in front of the TV and yell "Bring back Adam Schiff you fuckers!!" My favorite part was always when he'd drink the Scotch and say something cranky.

yeah...he was the greatest. scotch and crankiness was always his best.

I don't get to watch a lot of the newer episodes because I don't have a TV anymore, but I do catch it sometimes. It's just not the same without the old Adam Schiff.
