How the hell did Lancome manage to con me into buying their lipstick when Maybelline Wet Shine Diamonds is half as expensive, twice as sparkly, and four times as fun?

I don't know about you, but I am a sucker for the packaging of department store makeup. The Maybeline lipstick is adorable, but that horrible pink tube with the diamond sticker on the side...

I blow so much at Chanel, just for the feeling of being able to pull one of those gorgeous compacts out of my purse.

I'm so hopeless.
