I feel this way on a daily basis...

"Thank you for calling the XXXX help desk, my name is Baphomet. How may I assist you?"

"Can I get some help with XYZ problem?"

"NO" click...

Prolly not the wisest thing to do, but at least I get a chuckle out of it.
